Metal Sculptures

Metal sculptures can be done in countless forms, and they are often made by melting metal and pouring it into moulds to create complex pieces. Some metal sculptures are made from wire, while others are made with intricate patterns and designs. While traditional sculpture uses clay or marble to convey an idea, metal sculptures are made from sources of iron, tin, bronze, gold, silver or lead. The first metal art sculptures were made of copper and bronze and over hundreds (and thousands) of years expanded to gold and silver, iron and high-quality steel.
